LETTERS TO PARISHIONERS

There is a letter addressed to ALL parishioners in the porch of the church.  Please take your copy with you when you leave the church. This saves us the cost of having to post the unclaimed envelopes later. Thank you so much for your co-operation.

 

100 CLUB:  The closing date for subscriptions to the new 100 Club will be THIS Sunday 27th May.  Please make sure that your subscriptions are in by that date so that we can apportion the prizes.  The first draw will take place on Sunday 3rd June.

HOLY HOUR for Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist next Sunday 3rd June at Corpus Christi parish, Wynberg, at 3.00pm.

 

BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION of the CHURCH in Southern Africa

**  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, followed by Benediction, will be held in our parish on Sunday 10th June at 12h00 to mark this celebration. 

 

** The Closing Mass of the bicentennial will take place at the Velodrome, Bellville on Sunday 24th June at 14h00.  As admission to the Velodrome will be by ticket ONLY, it is imperative for those who wish to attend that they place their names on the clipboard on the Welcomers’ table no later than next weekend.

 

**  Please note that there will be NO 6.00pm Mass in the parish that day.

 

**  All parishioners are encouraged to attend one, or both, of these historic bicentennial celebrations.

 

DEANERY GATHERING in honour of the bicentenary which should have taken place on Sunday 27th May at Immaculate Conception parish, Parow, has been CANCELLED, due to lack of interest.
